I created a temporary second server, called "DGTL.dk GTR24H_LeMans 2" which has 24/7 rain, lots of it.
remember this is a temporary setup, I'm on a 2Mbit line, where the official server runs on a 200Mbit line :)

until the official TS3 server is up again, I'm maintaining my TS3.

remember: just talk, don't chat unless you have to, as it is kind of annoying while racing. tnx!

my server will run 24/7 until the official DGTL.DK is up again (which can be found under "DGTL.DK blablabla" (can't remember lol)

reset pc did not help.
reinstall did not help (remember to keep your old folder, just  in case :))

what did help was:
reset router and/or change NAT settings (I did both at the same time hehehe)
